ACTS Fleet Maintenance, Inc. in Asheville, NC is hiring for a Diesel / Fleet Technician to keep commercial fleets safe and reliable.

As a Diesel/Fleet Technician, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks, and troubleshoot complex systems using modern diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Experience working on diesel, fleet, automotive, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicles.
• Medium- or heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred.
• North Carolina State Inspection Certified.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and scheduled services.
• Diagnose and repair medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks and commercial equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic systems using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Identify potential issues before they become costly breakdowns.
• Work closely with a team committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
