Job summary

Costy's Energy Services in Muncy is seeking a Diesel Maintenance Technician to service company tractors and trailers, ensure DOT compliance, and perform preventive maintenance. The role requires the ability to work independently with a safety-first mindset and to complete daily paperwork.

The position offers full-time work with potential overtime, and training may be provided for specific systems. A CDL is preferred but not required, and a valid driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• Must furnish own small general tools.
• CDL License Preferred but not required.
• Operate Trucks / Forklifts.
• Experience in shop maintenance.
• Ability to meet physical demands of Job.
• Acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety procedures and DOT requirements.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on company tractors/ trailers.
• Responsible for completion of all service requests as assigned.
• Prefer working knowledge of truck air, vac pump, water tanks, and electrical systems (willing to train).
• Complete daily paperwork and safety trainings as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair tractor / trailers in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ability to work independently.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Other duties assigned by management.
