Job summary
Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician A in Eatontown, NJ to perform repair and maintenance on diesel and non-diesel fleet vehicles, including chassis, refuse bodies, engines, air brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems. Work under supervision to keep our state-of-the-art equipment on the road.

Qualifications
- Ability to diagnose multi-system issues and demonstrate technical expertise.
- 5–7 years of experience as a technician on heavy-duty trucks.
- Inspection and repair skills across suspensions, engines, brakes, electrical, hydraulics, drive train, and emissions.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance on chassis components and refuse bodies including control, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Engine repair and diagnostics.
- Diagnostics of diesel fuel systems and aftertreatment.
- HVAC diagnostics and repair.
- Line maintenance, welding and fabrication.
- Complete company training programs and perform other duties as assigned.
