Job summary

DeWitt Guam is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to service and repair our fleet across heavy-, medium-, and light-duty vehicles. You will diagnose engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems, keeping precise service records.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, tool use, and complying with OSHA/DOT/EPA standards. DBIDS eligibility and the ability to lift heavy objects are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computer diagnostic software.
• Ability to solve complex electrical problems and read electrical schematics.
• Must be able to obtain DBIDS.
• Welding knowledge is a plus.
• Capacity to lift heavy objects and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, and fuel systems.
• Service Class 8 trucks and various duty vehicles; tune and maintain engines and hydraulics.
• Record all work orders and track parts usage; use diagnostic programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA safety standards.
