Job summary

American Cementing LLC is seeking a Mechanic I-III to inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel trucks, trailers, and related equipment. You will run diagnostics, replace key components, and support safe fleet operations in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with diesel tech training; oil/gas experience is a plus. Expect occasional overtime and a focus on safety, records, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or certifications in diesel mechanics preferred.
• Mechanical experience; oil and gas industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel trucks and trailers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections per DOT standards.
• Run diagnostics and perform repairs on engines, transmissions, steering and brakes.
• Maintain service records and coordinate third-party repairs as needed.
• Mentor junior technicians and support supervisor when required.
