Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of mechanic/maintenance experience.
• CDL license or mechanic certification may be required.
• Ability to read driver inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from drivers and supervisors.
• Maintain and repair trucks and trailers per DOT specs.
• Conduct periodic inspections and diagnose problems.
• Perform annual vehicle inspections and tests per state regulations.
• Operate arc and MIG welding equipment.
