Capital Waste Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with diesel-engine expertise to join our solid waste fleet maintenance team in the Tennessee region. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on trucks to ensure optimal performance and reliability, with a focus on safety and compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of vehicle/hydraulic maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of vehicle/hydraulic maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Support repairs and preventive maintenance of the fleet, including lubrication, cooling, electrical, and hydraulic systems for Residential & Commercial locations.
