Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician.
• Technical Skills: DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance; ability to complete repairs efficiently; strong diagnostic skills across vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium-level repairs including clutch replacements and suspension work.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics on engines, cooling and fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with parts specialists and management to streamline maintenance workflows.
• Pursue ongoing learning through OEM training and professional development.
