Job summary

Reworld Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gasoline engine-driven heavy trucks and equipment at our Asheboro, NC site. You will work on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, performing inspections and field repairs with hands-on welding and fabrication.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance of heavy equipment, a valid CDL is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plant/heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a diesel mechanical role.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, build, rebuild, and repair all parts of equipment, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Perform inspection, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, hydraulic systems, suspension, brake, and air systems on vehicles and equipment.
• Welding and fabricating to repair and build trucks and secondary equipment.
• Complete equipment maintenance records.
• Perform repairs, including emergency repairs in the field.
• Conduct service road calls.
• Order supplies and parts.
