Job summary

GROWMARK FS LLC in East Berlin, PA seeks an experienced mechanic to repair and maintain fleet vehicles and equipment. The role requires scheduling maintenance, keeping records, and ensuring DOT compliance while maintaining a clean, safe shop environment.

You will maintain parts inventory, provide backup support to drivers, and participate in required training to meet company policies and safety standards. CDL with Hazmat may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience preferred.
• Skilled in vehicle and equipment repair and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform vehicle and equipment repairs for staff and managers.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs as requested.
• Maintain inventory of parts for repairs and maintenance.
• Keep service records to meet DOT requirements and ensure quality.
• Keep shop clean and organized and support safety practices.
• Provide backup to drivers when needed and participate in training.
