Veroskills is seeking a capable Diesel and Trailer Technician to join our Indianapolis shop. You will perform diesel truck maintenance, component repairs, and trailer repairs, with light welding and fabrication as needed.

This temp-to-hire, full-time role offers steady work and a consistent daytime schedule. Ideal candidates will have experience with diesel systems, brakes, suspension, and lighting, plus a safety- and quality-focused mindset and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with diesel truck maintenance and repair.
• Ability to perform basic welding and fabrication work.
• Knowledge of trailer systems, including brakes, suspension, and lighting.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment

Diesel and Trailer Tech Details

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $30.00+ /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
• Perform diesel truck maintenance and component repairs.
• Complete trailer structural, brake, suspension, and body repairs.
• Conduct light welding and fabrication as needed.
• Inspect equipment and identify repair needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.
