Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to setup dies, fixtures, or assemblies per MIOSHA standards and procedures.
• Interpret specifications accurately to ensure correct operation and parts compliance.
• Report equipment failures and unusual sounds promptly.
• Set speed and feed of machine according to operation type and material.
• Start machine to obtain first run workpiece and verify tolerances.
• Visually inspect components and assemblies for defects such as scrap marks, rust, burrs, lamination, etc.
