Job summary

The Gund Company - Noblesville Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full-time Die Setter at our Noblesville manufacturing plant. The role supports mechanical stamping presses, installing and aligning dies to meet quality and production standards. Shift: 2pm – 10:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Starting wage is $26.00 per hour, plus a 15% shift premium. The position requires basic math skills, ability to read measuring tools, and flexibility for overtime to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related manufacturing training or experience.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery or related equipment.
• Strong basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools.
• Flexibility to work overtime and respond to emergency production needs.

Responsibilities

• Install dies into mechanical stamping presses.
• Align and secure dies to exact specifications.
• Adjust ram settings, timing, and stroke length.
• Inspect sample parts for quality and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot defects such as misalignment or cracks.
• Maintain and inspect dies for wear or damage.
• Follow safety procedures in a heavy tooling environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
