Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is hiring for a Die Setter on the X Shift. You will set up and change dies on 200–2500 ton presses to produce quality parts per JES and engineering specs.

Responsibilities include following the Quality Policy, reading and following job instructions, and performing basic problem solving. Candidates should have a GED or high school diploma, 1–3 months related experience, and a willingness to work up to 12 hours per day, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Metal stamping experience preferred.
• Die setting experience preferred.
• Lock out tag out experience preferred.
• Press operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change dies on presses (200–2500 ton) per JES and die sheets.
• Explain and follow Quality Policy; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and log non-conformities; participate in corrective actions.
