Job summary

Greenleaf Corporation is seeking a Die Room Operator to issue, clean, inspect and apply barrier materials to dies, weigh out powders, load into dies and pre-press parts. You will read routers and planning sheets, calculate proportions, inspect density, and deburr parts.

Maintain die labeling and inventory while ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role includes 40 hours per week on M-F with Day, Evening, and Night shifts, and comes with a benefits package including health, dental, 401k

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret routers, planning sheets and related technical data.
• Able to calculate figures such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
• Must wear a respirator when necessary and comply with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret routers, planning sheets and technical data for dies control.
• Calculate figures such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
• Clean and inspect dies.
• Prepare and apply barrier materials to dies.
• Load dies and pre-press; visually and dimensionally check density.
• Deburr parts.
• Segregate parts for additional processing.
• Maintain labeling and inventory of dies.
• Follow safety, quality, and work rules.
• Wears respirator when necessary.
