Job summary

kmmmaryville is hiring for a maintenance technician focusing on inspection, testing, and upkeep of dies, jigs, fixtures, and related tools. This role supports die process quality and requires welding certification with at least 6 months experience.

The position offers opportunities to work across three shifts (7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am) with the offer-based shift discussion. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus welding certification.

Qualifications

• Less than 3 instances for attendance.
• No performance issues or written warnings for disciplinary actions within past 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and maintain dies, jigs, fixtures, tools and gauges to ensure proper operation and conformance to specifications.
• Repair, maintain and modify dies, jigs, fixtures and dies to support proper function and quality of the die process.
• May prepare die for repair by cleaning and moving to repair area.
• Input die history into electronic database system.
• Suggest improvements to die process or equipment and collaborate with others to support implementation.
• Perform tests or inspections to determine maintenance needs.
• May train team members.
• Communicate with all shifts and share work and other issues.

POSITION SUMMARY

Inspect, test, and maintain, new and reworked tools, dies, gauges, jigs and fixtures to ensure proper operation and conformance to specifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

This position is available on any of our three shifts (7am-3:30pm), (3pm-11:30pm), (11pm-7:30am). The selected candidate will have the opportunity to discuss their preferred shift schedule at the time of offer.

Education/Education

High School Diploma or GED and welding certification with 6 months welding experience required.
