Bosch USA in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Die Rebuild Support Associate to perform tooling preparation, component replacement, cleaning and staging in a high-volume production setting. This role focuses on routine, repeatable tasks, following established work instructions, escalating issues when needed, and contributing to 5S, inventory control, and smooth production changeovers.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly.
• General Math skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift (up to) 40lb. boxes.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prefer experience in machine operating.

Responsabilités

• Disassemble and reassemble designated Punch & Pack tooling according to established work instructions and standard procedures.
• Remove designated worn components and install approved replacement components as specified by standard work.
• Clean tooling and components using established methods.
• Perform basic visual checks to verify components are present, properly positioned, and assembled according to work instructions.
• Identify and elevate damaged tooling, abnormal conditions, or issues outside established procedures to appropriate technical personnel.
• Return completed tooling to designated storage or staging locations.
• Complete required documentation and tracking records.
• Support fixture or tooling conditions requiring adjustment, repair, troubleshooting, or technical evaluation.
