Kobelco Aluminum Products and Extrusions is seeking a Die Maintenance Technician to keep our dies clean, reliable, and ready for action on the production floor. You’ll perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot tooling issues, and ensure proper alignment and safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work and precise execution in a team‑oriented environment. Starting pay is competitive with a $0.50/hr shift differential when applicable, plus annual raises up to $1.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on tools and dies.
• Troubleshoot and repair tooling die issues as they arise.
• Adjust and prep die to ensure proper alignment, fit, and performance.
• Keep work area organized, safe, and ready for the next task.
• Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
• Complete simple documentation with accuracy.
• Use problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and correct issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and work instructions.
