MSR Technology Group in Illinois seeks a Die Repair Technician to perform daily repair and maintenance of progressive dies, read blueprints and CAD drawings, and modify tooling to meet customer changes. You will set up and operate drills, lathes, grinders, and milling machines; perform rebuilds, sharpening, and changeovers; and troubleshoot die problems in a fast-paced shop.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Basic computer skills.
