Digital Tool & Die is an established tool and die shop located in Grandville, Michigan. We specialize in designing and fabricating world‑class sheet metal stamping dies, roll forming, fixtures, fabrication, and special applications to meet the industrial needs of automotive, furniture, prototyping, appliance, and U.S. Military.

Job Description

Work with internal simulation technicians to establish the strip layout based on forming and GD&T requirements using 3D CAD software. Once the process has been approved, the candidate will be responsible for the design of the tooling, establishment of a bill of materials (BOM) for purchasing, creating CNC nest files for programmers, and occasionally assisting in blank development and tool updates on the shop floor.
