ITW Electronic Component Solutions in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all die-cutting operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost targets. The role requires hands-on leadership of shift supervisors, team leads and operators on the production floor.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years in die cutting or similar production operations, with a focus

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing die cutting, converting or similar production operations.
• Hands-on role with time on the production floor and collaboration with Maintenance, Quality and Production.

Mansioni

• Provide technical oversight of precision die-cutting processes and production activities.
• Manage shift supervisors, team leads and machine operators.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure high productivity and labor efficiency.
• Partner with Quality to identify and resolve product quality concerns.
• Work with Maintenance to ensure production equipment reliability and uptime.
• Implement continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction.
• Champion a safety-first culture throughout the facility.
