You will work on the 2nd shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has die cutting experience, basic maintenance skills, and the ability to read job tickets and CAD layouts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a die cutting press and setting up jobs.
• Ability to read job tickets and make-readies with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of paperboard substrates and cutting tolerances.
• Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills for die cutting equipment.
• Familiarity with Bobst, Heidelberg or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts and operates die cutting machine for processing including stripping and blanking.
• Maintains equipment and conducts minor repairs; ensures total quality during operation.
• Monitors performance, logs impressions, and checks samples for accuracy.
• Performs preventive maintenance and engages in safe operating practices.
• Works in a fast-paced team environment and supports others as needed.
