Diamond Graphics LLC in Ramsey, Minnesota is seeking a Die Cutter Operator for 2nd shift (1:45pm–11:45pm). You will program, set up, and operate the die cutter, perform routine maintenance, and run quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met.

The role requires 3–5 years of die cutting experience, wiring in dies and tooling, interpreting job tickets, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while supporting production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years’ die cutter operation experience.
• Experience with die cutting setup, maintenance and tooling.
• Ability to read job tickets and production specs.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain die cutting equipment.
• Read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and specs.
• Perform quality checks and monitor for defects.
• Make precise equipment adjustments to meet specs.
• Document production, track time and quantities.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to optimize production.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping rules.
• Work overtime/weekends as needed.
