Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Die Cutter Operator on the 2nd shift to set up, operate, inspect and maintain a die cutter to produce quality products safely and efficiently. The role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and teamwork in a production environment with moving equipment.

Experience with die cutting is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is desirable. You'll work with peers across departments to ensure accurate counts, material handling and lean manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications

• Safety sensitive position – ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
• Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed.
• Ability to effectively work in teams.
• Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to accurately perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Set-up diecutter & tooling and operate die cutter.
• Maintain accurate counts (load and total counts).
• Troubleshoot and make decisions regarding the quality of finished product.
• Complete required quality inspections and paperwork.
• Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.
