Job summary

Graphic Packaging International, LLC is seeking a Die Cutting Operator in Marietta, GA. The role focuses on set-up, maintenance, and operation of the Die Cutter within a large packaging manufacturing environment.

You will load materials, run jobs efficiently, monitor quality, and perform routine maintenance while following safety standards. A HS diploma and strong mechanical and computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with medium to large format is preferred.
• 1–3 years running a BOBST Die Cutter is strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and ensure quality.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and set up the die cutter.

Responsibilities

• Make-ready, adjust and run job to meet safety and productivity standards.
• Examine orders, stock specs and die cutting instructions.
• Check cutting dies for defects and apply corrective actions.
• Maintain communication between shifts and with QA.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the Die Cutter.
• Input inventory and waste data into the computer.
• Occasional bending, lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing.
• Work overtime and alternate shifts as needed.
