Graphic Packaging International is hiring a Die Cutter Operator to join our production team in Iowa. You will set up and run die-cutting machines, monitor quality, and ensure safe, efficient production across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow technical instructions.
• Ability to distinguish color variation and perform precise measurements.
• Willingness to work overtime and across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Make-ready, adjust, and run jobs to meet safety and productivity standards.
• Inspect job orders, stock specifications, and die cutting instructions.
• Check cutting dies for defects and apply corrective actions.
• Make adjustments to ensure quality and communicate information between shifts.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of the Die Cutter as required.
• Record production metrics accurately through SAP.
