Job summary

American Carton Company in Mansfield, TX seeks an experienced supervisor to direct the cutting presses, oversee the scrapping, and coordinate sheeted/printed stock across departments. You will ensure schedules are followed and layouts are prepared for jobs and dies.

You will also manage die cutter operators, train staff, review department paperwork, place orders for dies, and step in to operate cutting presses when needed, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of problem-solving cutting press operations and thorough knowledge of cutting press functions and maintenance procedures as required.
• Previous experience creating layouts is preferable.
