Qualifications

• Experience as a Die Cutting Operator/Pressman in printing, packaging, or folding cartons.
• Ability to interpret dielines, CAD layouts, and quality criteria.
• Proven track record of accurate make-readies with limited oversight.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; knowledge of Bobst, Heidelberg platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end machine setup for die cutting, including stripping and blanking.
• Execute precise make-readies, pull verification samples, and ensure every sheet meets spec.
• Monitor runs, adjust tooling and settings on the fly, and safeguard total job quality.
• Handle routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment production-ready.
• Model safe work practices and partner closely with teammates in a fast-moving environment.
