Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Setup and adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.
• Troubleshoot problems throughout production run.
• Check and assure box quality (loose liner, warp, size, print).
• Adhere to production schedule; report issues to Production Lead.
• Operate safely to maximize equipment utilization.
• Train and assist helpers with machine duties.
• Comply with all company policies and safety/housekeeping rules.
• Submit maintenance work orders for needed repairs.
