Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. in Archbold, OH is seeking a Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations on-site. You will set up machinery, monitor quality, input orders, and maintain safety standards; a high school diploma and 0–1 year in production are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery, monitor production processes, and inspect outputs.
• Input orders and track production throughout the shift.
• Wash and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks by measuring outputs against specifications.
• Complete paperwork and enter data into the computer system.
• Follow all safety and housekeeping policies to maintain a clean work area.
• Ensure product safety and quality in all tasks.
