International Paper is hiring a Die Cut Assistant Operator in Byesville, OH to support the corrugated manufacturing line. The role runs 2pm-10pm, Monday-Friday, with a pay rate of $21.49 per hour plus a 0.26 shift differential, reflecting full-time hours and shift premium.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, plus manufacturing experience and basic computer skills; training will cover machine line-up and production timing, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing; corrugated experience a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written/diagram instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist operator with setup, maintenance and operation of corrugated machine.
• Monitor operations and adjust as needed to prevent malfunctions.
• Feed, catch and stack corrugated sheets at feed/stacking stations.
• Set up orders, install print plates and dies; maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Ensure orders meet specs including special instructions; participate in other duties as assigned.
• Serve as safety champion for the crew.
