Role Description The Die Cut/Flexo/J&L Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring die cut, flexographic, and J&L converting equipment to ensure accurate, high-quality production of corrugated products. Daily tasks include reviewing job tickets, adjusting machine settings, performing quality checks, and coordinating with production and maintenance teams to meet schedule and safety requirements. The operator will troubleshoot basic equipment issues, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all safety and compliance guidelines. This position may involve standing for extended periods, lifting materials, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with print production processes, including Printing and Print Production, to operate and monitor press and converting equipment effectively.
• Knowledge of post-press operations such as ensuring proper finishing, cutting, and packaging of printed and converted materials.
• Understanding of corrugated converting operations, particularly die cutting, flexographic printing, and J&L machine operation.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-conscious mindset, and ability to read and follow job specifications and safety procedures.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment, including standing, lifting, and handling materials throughout the shift.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a production team; willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Prior experience in packaging, printing, or corrugated manufacturing is required
