Job summary

Alexandria Industries is hiring a Die Corrector for the Die Shop in Indianapolis, IN. You will maintain, correct, and improve extrusion dies to ensure parts meet customer specifications. Safety is emphasized, with cross-training across the Die Shop to foster growth.

The role requires reading blueprints, GD&T proficiency, and the ability to work in a noisy manufacturing environment. 2nd shift flexibility and overtime may apply based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and die drawings.
• Good understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a noisy, warm manufacturing setting, with team lifts for items over 40 lbs.

Pay: $22.00 to $35.00 per hour
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm with some overtime

About the job
We are hiring a Die Corrector for our Die Shop. As a Die Corrector, you will maintain, correct, and improve the extrusion dies that shape our aluminum parts, so every part meets customer specifications. Safety always comes first. We cross-train within the Die Shop, so you will keep growing.

Required
