Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or supplier quality.
• Experience supporting castings and machined components.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methods and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier industrialization for structural components.
• Establish processes for dimensional and cosmetic quality.
• Drive APQP and PPAP execution for production readiness.

Skills

Understanding of aluminum and magnesium die casting processes

Knowledge of machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding

Expertise in GD&T and dimensional analysis

Supplier development experience

Problem-solving skills using Six Sigma

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
