Job summary

Humanscale, a premier designer and manufacturer of ergonomic products, is seeking a Die Casting Operator under Advanced Die Casting, LLC in Nogales, AZ. You will operate die casting machines, read visual aids, identify materials, and perform self-inspections to ensure quality.

You will maintain a 5S workspace, complete QC documentation, and follow SQPE processes while reporting hazards promptly. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities are preferred to support a diverse customer and internal team.
• Ability to read and interpret visual aids and work instructions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain 5S workspace standards.
• Attention to detail for quality self-inspections and documentation.
• Experience safely operating die casting machinery in high-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify materials and all related components using assigned part numbers.
• Conduct quality self-inspections on machined and trimmed die-cast parts.
• Maintain a clean work area through daily cleanup and post-mold-change maintenance.
• Complete quality control documentation accurately.
• Apply SQPE standards to operations.
• Complete required operational documentation following work instructions.
• Adhere to scheduled attendance and punctuality standards.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor or HR.
• Follow safety protocols and 5S principles.
• Read and interpret visual aids and work instructions to execute tasks.
