Ryobi Die Casting is hiring a Die Cast Operator for Plant 3 on 2nd shift in Shelbyville, IN. You will inspect castings, clean die cast areas, and support start-up activities under supervision to ensure quality production.

You will communicate with teammates, prepare daily paperwork, and assist in special projects. The role requires basic mechanical skills, ability to lift 40-80 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Certified fork truck operator.
• Ability to use various hand tools.
• Must be able to pass entry level assessments.

Responsabilités

• Inspect castings for defects.
• Clean flash, runners, flow pads.
• Perform machine start up under supervision.
• Communicate with operators about problems.
• Provide cleaning around die cast machine daily.
• Cover breaks and lunch.
• Prepare daily paperwork for die cast operation.
• Participate in special projects and other duties.
