Qualifications

• Ability to use measuring instruments and read gauges accurately.
• Must be detail oriented and able to recognize defects.
• Follows safety rules and procedures.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety rules.
• Ensure part quality aligns with inspection reports.
• Complete required reports and paperwork for each job.
• Ensure correct box quantities and job counts.
• Apply 5-S principles to keep area orderly and safe.
• Meet or exceed efficiency requirements.
• Participate in CIP for safety and quality improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement culture.
• Communicate professionally with supervisor and coworkers.
• Willing to perform additional duties as assigned.
