Qualifications

• Familiarity with MIL-PRF-38534 microelectronics assembly standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate epoxy dispense and microelectronic component placement equipment.
• Set up and run pick and place machines.
• Inspect for defects according to prints and procedures.
