Job description

This range is provided by ATR International. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Assemble and inspect assemblies using soldering and epoxy processes according to required work instructions and specification, in a Clean room Environment.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. Perform epoxy and die eutectic attachment
  2. Perform epoxy and substrate eutectic attachment
  3. Perform ribbon and wire bonding processes on a variety of machines
  4. Perform mechanical assembly utilizing hand tools and equipment
Education and Experience:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent (2 year Technical Degree preferred)
  2. 5 to 7 years of assembly experience using a microscope (having both Hi Mag + Low Mag experience preferred)
  3. SMT automated tooling experience a plus
  4. Read, understand and interpret drawing specifications and follow established procedures to assemble products.
  5. Working under a microscope for 6 to 8 hours a day assembling microelectronics in a clean room environment.
