Job summary

Arcadia University in Glenside, PA seeks an on-site Administrative Coordinator for the Didactic Education service line of the Physician Assistant Program. The role oversees course management, evaluation, schedules, and credentialing to support ARC-PA standards.

You will coordinate faculty workload, maintain Canvas/Prism records, generate reports, and liaise with staff to ensure course delivery and compliance while offering potential work-from-home one day weekly after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Administrative experience working with Canvas and Prism; competency with spreadsheets, Google Suite products, Prism, Qualtrics and ExamSoft.

Responsibilities

• Manage course syllabi for template adherence and notify directors of University-wide resource updates as needed.
• Course creation and organization within Canvas with cross-campus alignment for student view.
• Create, deploy, and organize all didactic year lecture surveys.
• Process and provide data to faculty; input data into course reports.
