The Manager, Creative Strategy & Activation plays a hands-on role in shaping and delivering Dick Clark Production brand partnership business — supporting everything from pitch development through flawless campaign execution. This role blends creative thinking with day-to-day project ownership, working across the partnership lifecycle: pre-sale concepting and pitch support, deal scoping, and post-sale activation and delivery. You'll work closely with Sales, cross-functional teams, and senior Creative Strategy & Activation leadership to bring partnerships to life — ensuring every deal you touch is creatively sharp, well-scoped, and delivered without a hitch. This position can be located in our Los Angeles or New York City office.
As Dick Clark Productions values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
Typical wage range: $95k - $110k + bonus.
