Job summary

The Orleans Hotel & Casino is seeking an energetic dealer to handle assigned games with accuracy and fast, friendly service. You will rely on strong knowledge of craps rules, table procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure fair play and customer satisfaction.

You will exchange cash for chips, record game information, pay winnings promptly, and maintain clean, compliant gaming operations. Must be 21+, have some dealer experience or dealer’s school, and be able to stand for long shifts

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 6 months of prior experience or dealer’s school strongly preferred.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
• Excellent customer skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
• Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table.
• Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities
