Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a casino dealer to provide accurate dealing of craps and exceptional customer service. You will exchange cash for chips, comply with gaming regulations, and document game outcomes.

This role requires clear communication, quick math, and precise handling of cards and dice, with emphasis on regulatory adherence. The position supports a fast-paced gaming floor, where accuracy and customer interaction are essential, and licensing requirements must be maintained.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Six months of prior experience or dealer’s school strongly preferred.
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
  • Must have excellent customer skills.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
  • Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table.
  • Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
