Job summary

Ignite Reading seeks a part-time DIBELS Assessment Administrator to travel across Massachusetts and administer DIBELS/Acadience to K-3 students. You will follow standardized protocols and collaborate with school staff to schedule sessions while collecting data in Amplify mCLASS.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Education or related field, possess strong communication skills, and can pass required background checks. Flexible hours align with remote administration windows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students.
• Must be located in MA, RI, Albany NY, CT, or NH; preference central/eastern MA.
• Flexibility to work with different schools and students in MA.
• Knowledge of the science of reading and foundational skills.
• Knowledge of the Amplify mCLASS assessment tool.
• Experience administering DIBELS/Acadience or similar assessments.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow assessment protocols.
• Must pass federal and MA background checks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned schools in Massachusetts to administer DIBELS/Acadience to K-3 students.
• Follow assessment protocols for consistency and reliability.
• Schedule sessions with school staff to minimize disruption.
• Accurately record and manage assessment data in Amplify mCLASS.
• Ensure confidentiality of student information and results.
• Provide clear instructions to students during assessments.
• Compile and submit data and reports to Ignite Reading.
