Job summary

LemFi is expanding its reach among Ghanaian communities in the United States and Canada. This growth-focused role requires embedding in local communities, building partnerships, and driving user acquisition with hands-on execution.

You will travel 3–5 days every few weeks, represent LemFi at community events, and work with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations to accelerate market growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, sales or marketing.
• Deep understanding of the Ghanaian community in the US/Canada.
• Proven ability to hit targets with clear KPIs.
• Data-driven mindset to interpret metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, tenacious and action-biased.
• Willing to travel extensively and work weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel across USA and Canada to establish on-the-ground presence in new cities and communities.
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for Ghanaian expat communities in US/Canada.
• Lead community-driven initiatives to build trust and advocacy for LemFi.
• Identify and manage partnerships to accelerate user growth.
• Conduct ongoing market research to understand user needs and provide insights to Product/Marketing.
