Job Summary and Essential Job Duties:
Optimax is seeking an experienced ultra-precision manufacturing professional to support and advance our Single Point Diamond Turning (SPDT) operations. This role focuses on machine performance optimization, producing optically functional surfaces at the limits of tolerancing.
The Diamond Turning Technician will play a role in developing machining strategies, optimizing motion control performance through PID tuning, and driving measurable improvements in surface quality, throughput, and process capability.
This position requires technical experience and the ability to solve complex manufacturing challenges in a high-precision optical environment.
