Job summary

The Jewellery Retail Associate (Diamondspecialists) at Far East Shopping Centre is a front-facing role requiring a passion for luxury diamonds. You will conduct education sessions for clients, guide them through ring designs and customization, and participate in product demos during a 3-month training period.

You will also ensure smooth client flow and timely delivery while staying updated on product developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in high-end retail.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1.5–2 hour education sessions with clients about diamonds.
• Assist clients in selecting ring designs and customization options.
• Deliver a holistic product demo during training sessions.
• Stay updated on ongoing product developments.
• Ensure smooth client flow, including delivery timelines and handling inquiries.
• Greet and usher clients, assist with collections, and manage other client interactions.
