Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in pave, prong setting and burnishing.
• Experience with platinum 18KT, color stones, and fancy cut stones.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set diamonds and colored stones to Tiffany & Co. quality standards, including setting pieces evenly on plane.
• Deliver clean work in a timely manner within production times.
• Work safely by following all safety procedures and reporting incidents.
• Perform setting processes and support high-volume output as required.
