Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of all setting techniques and space planning for pave/beadwork.
• Experience with precious metals, diamonds and colored stones.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and staff.
• Organizational and collaborative skills; ability to adapt to priorities.
• Experience performing setting repairs and troubleshooting.
• Overtime flexibility to support business needs.
• Microscope-based setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Set diamonds and colored stones using pave, cutdown, bright cut, fancy prong, bead, channel and burnishing techniques.
• Inspect mountings 100% prior to setting and review work after completion.
• Count and record daily production, reconcile stones used, notify discrepancies.
• Prioritize quality via self-inspections during manufacturing.
• Comply with safety, confidentiality, security, and attendance policies.
• Work safely and report incidents; contribute to 5S improvements at workstation.
