Job summary

Diamond Foundry is seeking an ambitious manufacturing process technician to join a team of skilled technicians and engineers. You will work directly with proprietary plasma reactor technology to produce high-quality diamonds and support engineers with technical and non-technical needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining process sheets, monitoring daily operations, and driving process improvements. The role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and clear documentation across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Clear written and verbal communication; documentation proficiency.
• Ability to convey data through text, graphics, and images to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Process Sheets and document changes.
• Monitor processes daily and alert engineers on critical issues.
• Support and sustain good manufacturing processes and continuous improvements.
• Assist with process validations, DOE execution, optimizations, and audits.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
